Papers of Frank Thomas Bullen, n.d.

The papers contain a 4 page manuscript memoir "My school days" recounting his life at a school run by the Misses Moore, in London from about 1860 to 1864, and at the Westbourne School from about 1864-1866. Bullen writes to F. Stanley Service discussing the possibility of the Pearsons paying to issue a boklet of the best reviews of his books. He apologizes to W. Hayes Ward for misidentifying "The Independent" as the (unauthorized?) reprinter of Bullen's "Spectator" articles.
